The 2021 IIHF World U18 Championship was the 22nd such IIHF World U18 Championship, event hosted by the International Ice Hockey Federation. Teams would have participated at several levels of competition. The competition also would have served as qualifications for the 2022 competition. All tournaments other than the top division tournament were cancelled by the IIHF on November 18, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. USA Hockey National Team Development Program, The United States finished without a medal for the first time since 2003 IIHF World U18 Championships, 2003.


Top Division

The tournament was held from April 26 to May 6, 2021, in Frisco, Texas, Frisco and Plano, Texas, Plano, United States.
